A1 Flow LLC ("A1 Flow," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials managed through AWS Cognito.

Usage Data: We track feature usage (number of scans, lookups, and tool interactions) to enforce plan limits and improve the service. This data is stored in AWS DynamoDB.

Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. A1 Flow does not store your credit card number or payment details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Trade Log Data: If you use the Trade Log feature, we store trade entries you manually submit, including ticker symbols, entry/exit prices, and notes. This data is private to your account.

Device & Browser Data: We may collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers to ensure security and proper functionality.

Analytics: We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This may collect information about your activity on our site and link it to your Meta account if you have one.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to make automated financial decisions on your behalf.

3. Financial Data Disclaimer

A1 Flow provides financial market data and analytical tools for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any security. All data is provided as-is and may be delayed. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., billing records).

A1 Flow uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication (session tokens), preference storage (theme, settings), and analytics (Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the app.

8. Children's Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, AWS Cognito for authentication, and access controls on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the app. Continued use of A1 Flow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
