Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and A1 Flow LLC ("A1 Flow," "we," "our," or "us"), a Maryland Limited Liability Company. By creating an account or using any part of the A1 Flow platform at a1flow.io, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

A1 Flow is a financial market intelligence platform that provides tools including stock screening, options analysis, insider trade tracking, options flow alerts, dark pool data, and trade logging. These tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use A1 Flow. By using this service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. A1 Flow is intended for users in the United States. Use from other jurisdictions is at your own risk and subject to local laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@a1flow.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent plan limits.

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial on Gold or Diamond plans. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.

Subscription Plans:

• Gold: $10/month or $102/year — access to all standard tools and trade logging
• Diamond: $40/month or $360/year — Gold features plus real-time options flow and dark pool data

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize A1 Flow to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds except where required by law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Contact support@a1flow.io with refund requests.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Use A1 Flow for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Use the platform to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activity

Market data provided through A1 Flow may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. A1 Flow does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

All content, design, code, logos, and features of A1 Flow are the intellectual property of A1 Flow LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A1 FLOW LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO A1 FLOW IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A1 Flow LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of A1 Flow shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Frederick County, Maryland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of A1 Flow after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
